Aston Villa’s stunning Championship form continued on Monday as they recorded a 1-0 win over Millwall at Villa Park.
Safe in the playoffs, Villa have won their last 10 in the second tier and look well placed to earn a spot in the Premier League next season.
Some eyebrows were raised when Dean Smith’s side secured the services of Tyrone Mings on loan from Bournemouth in January.
However, the 6 ft 4 colossus has proved to be an inspired signing for the club.
And after impressing again against Millwall, a number of Villa fans have called on their side to secure a permanent deal for Mings.
